I’ve always believed in continuous growth, both professionally and personally. What skills from your MBA do you find yourself applying most frequently in your current role?

The skills I use most frequently are emotional intelligence, communication, and strategic thinking. The program helped me better understand people, navigate complex situations, and approach challenges with a more structured and thoughtful mindset.

What advice would you give to professionals who are considering an MBA while working full-time?

It is definitely challenging, but absolutely worth it. There will be demanding periods, but staying disciplined, managing your time well, and remembering your purpose will help you push through. The personal and professional growth you gain makes all the effort worthwhile.
