Biography

I am a Senior Lecturer in Finance with HDR with more than fifteen years of experience in higher education, including over ten years as a tenure-track faculty member. I hold a PhD in Finance from Université Claude Bernard Lyon 1 and an Accreditation to Supervise Research (HDR), which fully qualifies me to supervise PhD-level research.
My academic background lies at the intersection of corporate finance, financial markets, and management, with a strong focus on quantitative methods, sustainable finance, and risk management. I have developed extensive teaching and supervision experience in both French- and English-speaking academic environments, based on active and internationally oriented pedagogical approaches.
Research supervision is a cornerstone of my academic identity. My mentoring philosophy is based on the development of blended academic competencies, combining scientific rigor, intellectual autonomy, and a collaborative and responsible mindset. This approach is designed to guide DBA and doctoral candidates toward structured critical thinking and high-level academic output.
Many research projects conducted under my supervision have resulted in papers published or deemed publishable in reputable peer-reviewed journals. This reflects my ability to transform applied research into high-quality academic publications, fostering a mutually beneficial mentor–mentee relationship based on co-creation, knowledge transfer, and academic valorization.
