The program focuses on three core areas: Innovation & Disruption, Leadership, Sustainability & Finance, and Applied Research.
The five-day schedule includes strategic orientation sessions, workshops on digital transformation and innovation leadership, real-world industry visits (including visits to organizations such as the United Nations), explorations of Swiss entrepreneurship environments, and career-focused workshops. Participants also earn a certificate of completion upon finishing the program.
