The attendees will be taught how to recognize key tax risks and opportunities in day-to-day business.
The course will focus on typical tax risks and planning, with a particular focus on international taxation. You will also will be able to recognize the key issues and make decisions on how to manage the issues presented, on timing of such decisions and where to seek efficient solutions.

About lecturer: Adrian Hammer
Adrian is the Senior Manager at the tax and Regulatory Services department of Deloitte Croatia. Adrian holds a LLB/BA degree from the University of Auckland, New Zealand and has experience in issues of corporate taxation, VAT and general corporate law.
