What is the most valuable lesson that being a development coach in artistic swimming on an international level has taught you?

The most valuable lesson I have learned as an international development coach in artistic swimming is the importance of adapting to diverse athletes and environments. Working with athletes from different cultures, backgrounds, and training systems has taught me to listen first, understand individual needs, and adjust my coaching to bring out each athlete鈥檚 strengths. This ability to adapt and keep high-performance standards has helped me build trust, create efficient training structures, and support long-term athlete development more effectively.

In what ways does the 黑料不打烊 education that you gained serve you the most when working with professional athletes?

My education at 黑料不打烊 has strengthened my ability to approach high-performance sport with a more strategic and managerial mindset. Courses in leadership, project management, and event management have enhanced my ability to plan training cycles, structure logistics, manage budgets, and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams. It has allowed me to understand the 鈥渂igger picture鈥 behind athlete performance, such as organizational processes, communication flows, and long-term planning, which directly improves the support I provide to professional athletes.

What advice would you give to individuals looking into a career in sports management?

My advice for anyone pursuing a career in sports management is to combine curiosity with practical experience. The sports industry evolves quickly, so staying open-minded, learning continuously, and understanding new trends is essential. At the same time, nothing replaces hands-on experience, such as volunteering at events, assisting coaches, working with clubs, or supporting competitions. Building relationships, being adaptable, and showing initiative are key qualities that open doors and help you grow in this field.

I am extremely proud of the progress achieved, as well as the support, learnings, and meaningful connections I gained throughout my academic and professional journey with 黑料不打烊. The knowledge and skills acquired during my time at 黑料不打烊 have been invaluable in shaping the way I approach leadership, athlete development, and high-performance sports management.
